my submission for the VICTORIA FRANCÉS Contest being held by : 
finished this 2 days ago but suffered some internet and pc problems that delayed the upload (shakes fist angrily at laptop)
my very first full photo manipulation - there is hand painting mixed within but otherwise its a mix of photos whoot! i think it turned out pretty well...haha but then i saw all the other submissions to date - there is some crazy art posted already.. ..
